The Malibu 12 LED Flood Light is one of the best solar lights I have come across so far, it is very bright and has two brightness settings. I’ve tried the Malibu Floods with the three LEDs, and the pathway solar lights with 2 LEDs. This by FAR is the brightest solar light made by Malibu. If you are looking for a great garden light, landscape light or just need more light where there is no electricity then this is it. I have two of them mounted above my garage pointed towards my driveway and they work great! A little more $ but well worth it. Each of these lights put out the power of about four of the original Malibu solar floods.

Crossing Moment
Crossing Moment expands my preliminary dream scenarios to include time immediately before and after passing. I am first providing some background that renders the role of messenger over actual participant. My career experience for over 25 years includes electronics and electrical trades. I am equally comfortable working at a computer desk or outside at a construction site. Many different secular jobs have come and gone.
Judeo-Christian calendar research has influenced my living a colorful religious life. I believe casual working environments are not conducive to discussing deep topics such as religion or politics. For the most part, I am bashful about my spirituality at work. Dream interpretations are particularly personal and can raise too many eyebrows and questions. Calendar interests do have a bearing upon my dreams and consequently, my working life. Some dreams are lucid where I have no voluntary control. I give praise to the higher authority in order to follow the path established by Old Testament characters.
Genesis 40:8 (KJV)
“And they said unto him, We have dreamed a dream, and there is no interpreter of it. And Joseph said unto them, Do not interpretations belong to God? tell me them, I pray you.”
Genesis 41:16
“And Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, It is not in me: God shall give Pharaoh an answer of peace.”
Daniel 2:19
“Then was the secret revealed unto Daniel in a night vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven.”
Joseph and Daniel always gave God the credit for administering their dreams. They were compelled to deliver His message regarding dreams. Audiences and topics change, however the reasons behind the dream are the same.
The millennium change brought a new job working at a hospital as a staff electrician. This position gave me living wages and new understanding I had not bargained for. I worked throughout the hospital, performing maintenance on power and lighting circuitry. I had special dreams about two areas. I will deliver these messages leaving names and places anonymous.
One dream involved the critical care facility and a patient. The critical care resources of a modern hospital include an overwhelming amount of electrical equipment and special lighting. My job called on me to repair something there regularly. One night I had a dream totally out of the ordinary. I was standing near the head of a female patient’s bed. Her spirit lay horizontal with a gray or dark green border about her. Her two-dimensional spirit lacked a definite shape. The scene reminds one of watching a puddle of water moving at the edges. Without warning, the puddle rapidly formed into an upside down funnel shaped object. The small end arose up to nearly touching the ceiling. The large circular end with the dark border shifted upward toward standing vertical. The small end retreated into the disk-like, vertical object. I joined the circular disk at this point. Above me, the top did not touch the ceiling and below me, the bottom was above the floor.
I now saw everything with a reddish tint. I saw the fittings and cords hanging from the walls, various pieces of equipment and recognized the room from the inside. Everything had a red, crimson haze. I felt the gyroscopic sensation of a wheel rotating about me very fast. Inside the wheel, I moved with a wobbling effect, as if on a curving track. This wheel moved aimlessly in a forward direction and I began to perceive white diagonal lines. White lines entered the disk from the top and continued all the way through to the bottom. The lines appeared to tilt slightly against a red background. They had irregular spacing and not perfectly aligned with the wheel. Imagine a DVD or a penny spinning at high-speed without any artificial means of support and over six feet tall. The spinning wheel rotated above the floor and moved slowly inside the room. We took a curving track, wobbling left then right, all the while inside a reddish haze.
I believe the patient was medicated. Unlike other dreams, there was an absence of any details or emotions concerning her life. What I saw was a void shell only. The spirit in this case was a translucent object both in the horizontal position around her bed and in the vertical position immediately after crossing. Her spirit boundaries end with her eternal soul. A thick gray or dark green soul circumscribes the spirit interior as a two-dimensional object. A dark band covers the semi-transparent spirit on the outside. Once inside, the now vertical soul casts a reddish hue that continues to mark the spirit vehicle.
An analogy exists between the spiritual realm and my electrical training. The concept of polarization describes a magnetic field and an electric field. Alternating current passing through a wire causes a theoretical magnetic field, which exists at right angle to the electric field. The right-hand thumb rule allows people to visualize the idea of separate horizontal and vertical planes. I suggest a similar orientation takes place in the spiritual world. The living spirit and soul exists on a horizontal plane to replace the magnetic field in this example. At right angle, an electrical field portrays the vertical plane. Death, deep sleep or a comatose patient indicates the earthbound spirit/soul combination with the horizontal, magnetic direction. Spirit essence surrounded by soul conforms to a vertical, electric field in this analogy. Waking conscious exhibits the spirit on a two-dimensional, vertically upright scale. Calendar measurements from birth to death limit our gathered knowledge within the spirit.
I have depicted a two-dimensional spirit/soul analogy with perpendicular polarities. These are two complementary qualities to the final spirit/soul analogy. Modify the appearance of the two-dimensional translucent spirit to a three-dimensional object and you have a cloud. Consider the “Shekinah” cloud of glory prevalent in Judaism. Some say a dark gray or purplish veil covers the interior spirit (cloud) of God. The Shekinah cloud associates with the mercy seat “which is upon the ark.”
Leviticus 16:2 (KJV)
“And the LORD said unto Moses, Speak unto Aaron thy brother, that he come not at all times into the holy place within the vail before the mercy seat, which is upon the ark; that he die not: for I will appear in the cloud upon the mercy seat.”
Reddish fire that “does not consume” is God’s everlasting by-product that has a soulful nature. Everyone can identify with ideas of spirit connected with ghosts and translucent figures. A spinning disk illustrates the concept of a single spirit in this dream. Each of us represents one small cross-section of God’s greater cloud of glory. I call soul the eternal component of our nature. Soul has affair with everlasting Almighty. Soul is co-eternal with God and regardless of calendar time. Our soul should be our final concern at the crossing moment.

Solar Photovoltaic cells (Solar PV) are effectively panels that absorb the sun’s light (which is actually made of many tiny units of energy) and convert it via a sophisticated system of silicon wafers into an electrical current that can then be used to power up your home, office or electrical appliances directly. Although not yet highly visible in the UK domestic market, solar PV panels are already very common in calculators and watches (albeit in a much smaller size). The larger solar panels are getting increasingly more efficient and are now used to generate power for private homes, large office buildings and other commercial installations.
Solar Photovoltaic and Planning Issues
One can install solar photovoltaic panels on the roof of their home as well as along one of the outer walls or as standalone units. Before setting off on the installation process, it is essential to check with the local authority regarding planning restrictions. Most local authorities in England allow solar PV panels to be installed on residential roofs and as standalone cells as long as certain criteria are met (mainly that the panels are not attached onto listed buildings or within conservation zones). Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, however, are still working out their local legislation. For residents of these areas it is therefore advisable to consult the local planning authorities before installing the solar systems.
Why Use Solar Photovoltaics?
There are several good reasons to use solar PV cells. One important benefit is the money saved on electrical bills. Another important benefit is the reduction in carbon emissions thanks to using clean energy. Solar photovoltaic cells cut around 1.2 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions every year. Since the user generates the electricity directly from the sun, they are not dependent on the national grid, making them less prone to power cuts. Although solar power is effective in its own right, solar panels are highly appropriate for remote locations where the grid has no coverage (such as remote farms or research facilities).
How is Solar Photovoltaic Cell Installed?
The best way to install solar photovoltaic panels is to hire a professional installation crew. Professional solar PV cell installers should be certified by the Low Carbon Buildings Programme. It is important to note that there are good reasons one should not attempt to do the installation as a DIY project. Solar PV cells tend to be very heavy and, for roof installations, involve a support system that must be constructed and attached before any solar photovoltaic cell can be mounted. The installer will know the local electrical codes and safety regulations and will make sure that the solar photovoltaic grid or standalone units are code compliant.
With the increasing public awareness to global warming and climate change, there is substantially more focus placed on finding energy generation options that are not reliant upon fossil fuels. Of the alternative energy options currently available (wave, wind, hydrogen, solar, nuclear), solar power is considered to be the most cost effective and with solar panels dropping in price due to competition, this technology is likely to become ever more popular.

Eco-friendly and green are terms to describe a home that is easy on the environment. Eco-friendly and energy-efficient properties may be outfitted with solar-power generators or recycled water cleaners. In recent years, many affordable appliances have become available. These appliances are outfitted with energy-saving modes so that they are more energy-efficient. Also, homes are increasingly being constructed to make the most of natural lighting. By altering your home to be eco-friendly, or purchasing an energy-efficient property, homeowners can be confident that they are doing their share to save the Earth. There are countless ways to take part in the domination of energy-efficient homes!
Solar power is a contemporary concept, and homeowners are now installing solar panels to gather heat and transmit the resulting energy into homes for use. Solar panels are big glass panels with tubes running throughout, and water runs through these tubes. When the sun warms the water in the tubes, it allows the home to utilize the energy it creates. In addition, homeowners are able to use the hot water as an alternative to having to heat it by non-natural means, such as the traditional water heater. The solar panels are generally installed on the roof, and the site of the panels is dependant on which side gets more sunlight, which will be effected by large trees and other greenery if the plants are situated in an area that may cause an obstruction. Solar panels, depending on their mass and the location of your home, could possibly provide homeowners with all of their electrical needs.
In today’s climate, having an adequate water supply can be a concern. It is sensible for homeowners to create tanks where used water can be stored, filtered and recycled for a home’s needs. This technique can be utilized for watering plants, lawns and gardens amid other uses, and can probably save about 80 percent of a home’s water needs. Another method of water conservation that homeowners can make use of is the installation of low-flow shower heads. This comparatively easy home modification will allow homeowners to save hundreds of gallons of water annually. Also, modern toilets use much less water than toilets of the past. Investing in a new toilet can save countless gallons of water over the years. These are the just a small number of the many ways for homeowners to be wary of their water use.
By using energy-efficient methods to conserve precious electricity and water, you will make your household more eco-friendly. Whether you have lived in your home for years or have just purchased a new home, you are capable of making alterations to make your property more energy-efficient. Many people have already chosen to live in a green home. By living in an eco-friendly manner, recycling, using solar power, and being mindful of water use, we can all do our part.

Throughout human being’s long history, both the recorded and prehistoric periods, the warmth of the sun has been put to use. Early homes were situated in locations that received a great deal of heat and light and later on methods for distillation of water and cooking of food using only the sun’s rays were developed as well. Today, the sun is being regarded as a fundamentally untapped natural resource, but millions of people have begun to explore the remarkable benefits of solar power.
What exactly is solar power? In the simplest of terms, there is energy contained within the intense radiation that comes from the sun. Using a number of materials and systems, scientists, engineers and technicians have created ways in which home and business owners can reduce their supplied energy use through reliance on solar power.
Today solar power is used in many large and small scale applications for everything from heating and cooling of homes and buildings, creating domestic hot water, treating water and sewage, cooking, solar lights, mass electrical production and even in modes of transportation such as cars and airplanes.
Actual development of the solar cells required to harness the sun’s energy in any way began in the 1800s when a French physicist observed that there were “photoelectric” effects from the sun. Only one hundred years later photovoltaic effects were being improved, and actually the most commonly used material – cadmium selenide – was being used affectively.
Things really took off from the 1950s onward as silicon and other materials were being put to use for residential and commercial solar applications. It was at this time as well that the gas crisis of the 1970s caused many people to address energy issues beyond the use of oil and petroleum products. At that time many people turned their attention to solar, water and wind as untapped sources of renewable energy.
Today scientists and physicists, among many others, are continuing to expand the applications of solar energy. It is now not uncommon to see an entire roof paneled with photovoltaic cells, or enormous power plants constructed entirely of solar collectors and a single tower for directing the energy into a steam chamber or some other method of converting the light and heat into usable energy.
With all of this research and discovery it has also become much easier to acquire the materials and equipment necessary for outfitting a home or other building with at least one source of solar energy, such as a hot water system. This all means that the days of total natural energy are getting closer and more affordable for almost any budget.
